Return Policy

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to return an item. After this period, returns can no longer be accepted.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Any item returned damaged, incomplete, or visibly used will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Procedure

Please indicate your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you a prepaid return label within 48 hours.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are possible subject to product availability. Please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange. Reshipping costs will be covered by VELMORA.

Return Shipping Costs

Returns are free within the United States. For returns from outside the United States, shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Fees in Case of Return

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer must cover the return shipping costs. The specific cost will depend on the shipping carrier chosen.

If the goods received are damaged or incorrect due to our error, the customer will not be responsible for the return shipping costs.
