4. Shipping

Free shipping is available on orders over $80.
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are $4.99.

Estimated delivery times are 6 to 9 business days within the United States. VELMORA cannot be held responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier.

5. Payment

Payment is made by credit or debit card through a secure and encrypted connection. The amount is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, you have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal. Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging.
